Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Jones Bootmaker Winchester. This is a permanent part-time position, working 30 hours over 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company targets, KPIs, and goals.
- Lead the team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine and knowledgeable advice on our products.
- Motivate and develop the team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach their full potential.
- Be self-aware, question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store.
- Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example.
