Assistant Manager - Pub with Rooms

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Westgate, a welcoming pub with rooms located in the heart of Winchester. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our small but dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run shifts, opening or closing the business, and assist in the stock taking process
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Deputy Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Train and develop the team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of our pub and play a key part in its continued success
