Our person-centered approach prioritizes the needs and preferences of our residents, creating a supportive and compassionate atmosphere where every individual feels valued and respected.

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team, providing support and care to older adults. As a key worker for designated service users, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and reviewing care plans
  • Assisting with personal and intimate care
  • Helping with the use of any aids or equipment
  • Liaising with health professionals as needed
  • Supporting mental and physical activities
  • Maintaining a high standard of personal environment and effects

Your duties will also include:

  • Monitoring nutritional needs
  • Responding to emergency calls
  • Maintaining professional communication with visitors
  • Complying with all Health and Safety regulations
  • Participating in staff meetings
  • Working on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings

It is essential to adhere to CrossReach's policies and financial procedures while undergoing necessary training.

Ideal candidates will hold or be working towards an SVQ 3 in Social Care and have basic computer literacy skills. A respect for Christian worship and facilitating service users' attendance at worship is important.
