Key Responsibilities- Conduct robust assessments of patients with mental health difficulties, identifying appropriate care pathways and ensuring the least restrictive option to meet their needs.
- Signpost patients to appropriate care providers, including primary and tertiary care, and attend daily Red Board meetings.
- Raise concerns to senior staff for support and management, and complete documentation and planning care for patients.
- Present cases to Multi-Disciplinary Teams for discussion around care pathways, and liaise with colleagues from nursing, occupational therapy, medicine, psychology, and administration.
