Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Executive Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for:


  • Managing the CEO's email correspondence and optimizing their schedule
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Arranging travel logistics and accommodations as necessary
  • Delivering general administrative assistance
  • Ensuring timely issuance of invoices and collection of payments
  • Maintaining awareness of transport options in major cities
  • Assisting in the recruitment process and liaising with external recruitment agencies

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Fluency in French at a high level (essential)
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Internet)
