Role Overview:

As a Sous Chef, you will take charge of a designated kitchen section, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of exceptional quality dishes that meet our high culinary standards. Your creativity and knowledge of contemporary culinary trends will play a key role in developing innovative menu items in collaboration with the Head Chef. Additionally, you will provide guidance and mentorship to Commis Chefs and Apprentices working within your team.
