Senior Nursery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Senior Nursery Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of nursery staff to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education.
- Develop and implement engaging and educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors.
- Manage the nursery budget and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best candidates are selected for nursery positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community groups to promote the nursery and its services.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Experience in a nursery management role, with a strong understanding of the EYFS.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
