Senior Nursery Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Nursery Manager to join our team at Tops Day Nurseries. As a Senior Nursery Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, educational, and fun environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of nursery staff to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education.
- Develop and implement engaging and educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
- Ensure the nursery is a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors.
- Manage the nursery budget and resources to ensure efficient use of funds.
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
- Conduct regular staff appraisals and provide training and development opportunities to support staff growth and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the nursery's performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
- Experience in a senior leadership role in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
