Residential Night Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Night Team Leader at Burleys Wood in Crawley.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent care standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
