Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee business centre operations, ensuring seamless and efficient operation
  • Drive market share growth and become the preferred provider for temporary healthcare staffing in the region
  • Engage with new clients through direct business development
  • Monitor key metrics and implement necessary improvements to drive performance and results
  • Instil a high-performance culture that engages and motivates your team, ensuring morale is high and targets are achieved

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and healthcare recruitment experience
  • Experience leading a team in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build relationships with candidates and clients
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service
