We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Staffing Manager to lead our new Business Centre in Maidstone, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing business centre operations, improving market share, and engaging with new clients through direct business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee business centre operations to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Develop and implement strategies to improve market share and increase revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Monitor key metrics and implement necessary improvements to drive performance and results
