We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team at BDB Pitmans LLP. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide administrative support for the entire team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR and payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities- Process monthly payroll, including data collation, system maintenance, and reconciliation.
- Act as the first point of contact for payroll and system-related queries, providing timely and accurate support.
- Assist with the annual salary review process, including salary increase letters and system updates.
- Support benefit administration, including reconciliations, open benefit windows, and benefit renewals.
- Prepare weekly joiner, monthly changes, and leaver files for our benefits platform.
- Conduct data analysis and produce reports as needed, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Assist with job code mapping, salary benchmarking submissions, and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Previous entry-level experience in a professional services or legal HR environment (internships/placement year preferred).
- Numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Grade A/7+ GCSE Maths (essential).
- B at A-level Maths (preferred).
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays (exclusive).
