This rewarding position entails being an integral part of the management team, working closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the Home, with a strong focus on customer service, financial management, recruitment, and personnel administration.

A key aspect of this position will involve supporting the Home Manager in maintaining compliance with external regulatory standards while also upholding our internal benchmarks. You will be responsible for the meticulous management of data, where attention to detail is crucial. Financial duties will include submitting payroll data to our central support office and maintaining accurate records of resident and organizational assets.
