This pivotal position entails being an integral part of the management team, working closely with the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that the operations within the Home are conducted smoothly and effectively, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, financial management, recruitment, and human resources.

A key aspect of this role will involve supporting the Home Manager in maintaining compliance with external regulatory standards while upholding our internal benchmarks. You will be tasked with the meticulous management of data, where attention to detail is crucial. Financial duties will include submitting payroll data to our central support office and maintaining accurate records of resident and organizational assets.
