SEO Outreach Manager

We are in search of an Outreach Manager who possesses a genuine passion for SEO and a comprehensive understanding of the vital role that backlinks play in fostering organic growth.

Role Overview:

As an Outreach Manager, you will spearhead the organization’s link acquisition initiatives, developing strategies that improve SEO performance across various international markets. Your responsibilities will include analyzing competitor tactics, utilizing data to guide your strategies, and securing high-quality backlinks that elevate the website's authority and search engine rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outreach Strategy Formulation: Partner with the Head of SEO to devise and execute an outreach plan that aligns with our overarching SEO objectives.
  • Link Acquisition Execution: Implement effective strategies to secure relevant, high-quality backlinks that drive organic traffic and improve website rankings.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the demand generation team to integrate link acquisition into wider marketing initiatives and maximize the impact of campaign resources.
  • Public Relations Integration: Work alongside the PR & Content Manager to identify and leverage opportunities arising from PR activities.
  • Performance Analytics: Regularly assess the effectiveness of your efforts on overall SEO performance, utilizing analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators.
  • Content Enhancement: Refine website content, including landing pages and blogs, to enhance user experience and SEO results.
  • Competitor Insights: Stay ahead of industry competitors by examining their link acquisition strategies and uncovering new opportunities for the business.
  • Industry Knowledge: Remain informed about the latest industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure our SEO strategies are innovative and effective.
  • Content Guidelines: Develop comprehensive content briefs for both internal and external writers, ensuring the creation of high-quality content that avoids duplication and low-value material.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in link acquisition or a broader SEO role with a demonstrated history of success.
  • SEO Knowledge: Strong grasp of SEO best practices and the nuances of link acquisition.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional analytical skills, with an aptitude for interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proactive Mindset: A self-motivated individual who can independently identify opportunities and plan effectively, while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written English skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams.
