The Role
As a 360-recruitment consultant within an engineering and manufacturing focused market, you'll work closely on new business and have weekly and monthly KPIs to achieve both personally and as a team. You'll become an essential part of the CV Technical team and have a wide customer base to work with, as well as building new relationships with both candidates and clients.

The Team
Our team consists of experienced consultants who want to succeed individually but also play a huge role in the expansion and growth of the company. We have a clear plan for career growth, with promotion targets in place throughout, and rewards with base salary increases once you get there.
The Rewards
Commission: You will be paid a monthly uncapped commission based on the revenue you generate for the company. In short - the more you bill, the more you earn. With an uncapped structure, it means you really do have the opportunity to maximise your earning potential
Incentives: We're truly passionate about recognising the hard work of our team, from our fantastic top billers to our amazing up-and-comers. On top of commission, we have monthly team targets and, if hit, the whole team enjoys the rewards. In addition to this, we have individual weekly, quarterly, and yearly targets for which a variety of incentives are offered.
Benefits
- £20,000 - £23,000 + Uncapped Commission = OTE (£30,000 - £45,000)
- 25 days holiday, rising by 1 day a year for every year served + Bank Holidays

- Quick progression and career growth. You will have promotion targets in place throughout, be given a clear plan each quarter for you to achieve those targets, and will be rewarded with base salary increases once you get there.
