Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Secondary Science Educator to join our team at a reputable educational institution in West Leicestershire. This role is designed to cover maternity leave and offers a full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Science Educator, you will be responsible for:
1. Delivering engaging and innovative science lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
2. Developing and preparing comprehensive schemes of work, lesson plans, and assessments tailored to meet curriculum standards.
3. Monitoring and evaluating student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
4. Actively participating in extracurricular activities, including sports clubs and educational trips, to foster a well-rounded student experience.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- A Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related scientific discipline.
- Recent experience in teaching Science at the secondary education level.
