Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Commercial Estimator to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related field, you will have the opportunity to develop a career in the aerospace industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Support on Quoting**: Assist in preparing and reviewing quotes for large packages of work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • **ERP System Utilisation**: Utilize our company's ERP system to input, track, and manage data related to estimates and quotes.
  • **Assist Business Development Managers and Estimating Engineers**: Provide day-to-day support to Business Development Managers and Estimating Engineers, aiding in their tasks and facilitating smooth operations.
  • **Quote Review and Update**: Regularly review and update quotes using Excel, ensuring data is current and accurate.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education**: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • **Excel Proficiency**: Skilled in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and preparing quotes.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • **ERP Knowledge**: Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable, but training will be provided.
