About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Controller in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Qualifications in finance or a related field (although not essential)
