About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customs Clearance Coordinator to join our team at Sterling Cross. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing customs processes for UK-EU trade, coordinating with clients across the UK and Europe, and handling customs documentation, GMRs, and Safety & Security Declarations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customs Process Management: Manage customs processes for UK-EU trade, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Client Coordination: Coordinate with clients across the UK and Europe to ensure seamless customs clearance and logistics operations.
  • Documentation Management: Handle customs documentation, GMRs, and Safety & Security Declarations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Operations Support: Support operations and assist in driver training, ensuring a smooth and efficient logistics process.

Ideal Candidate
