Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and self-managing recruitment consultant to join our team at Rec2 Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering senior level hires to the MEP Design and Sustainability Market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates within the MEP Building Services, Sustainability, and Construction sectors.
  • Source and recruit high-caliber candidates for senior level positions within the MEP Design and Sustainability Market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to win new clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience gained within a white collar construction recruitment agency is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the MEP Building Services, Sustainability, and Construction sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong business development skills.
