Are you a meticulous professional with a background in finance and accounting? Our client, a vibrant and expanding organization, is looking for a Finance Assistant to support their operations focused on Italian company accounts.

In this position, you will be instrumental in enhancing the financial processes of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with external accountants and service providers for the Italian project entities.
2. Assist in the preparation of budgets, management accounts, and year-end statutory reports.
3. Review balance sheets, IAS, and ITAGAAP reports, presenting insights to management and stakeholders.
4. Support daily processing tasks, including revenue invoicing and regulatory submissions.
5. Contribute to management control and financial reporting initiatives.
6. Work alongside asset managers to fulfill operational needs.
7. Analyze expenditures to aid capital expenditure programs.
8. Manage cash flow for project entities and holding companies.
9. Prepare internal accounts for Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and Holdcos.
10. Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
11. Identify opportunities to reduce tax liabilities for the Italian and European group.
12. Engage in ad hoc projects within the Revive portfolio.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in handling transactions and preparing accounts for corporate entities.
2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Excellent communication skills across all levels.
4. Proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
