It also supports accounts payable and assists with bank reconciliations and month-end tasks. The role:

  • Process of multi-currency customer invoices and credit notes
  • Maintain customer accounts, perform credit checks and review credit terms
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts and issue of statements
  • Credit control management to ensure all receivables are collected on a timely basis
  • Resolve customer queries and support accounts payable as required
  • Process multi-currency purchases invoices and credit notes
  • Monitor of accounts payable mail inbox and process supplier payments
The candidate:
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken)
  • IT literate with excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience of Sage Line 50 accounting - advantageous
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence
  • Highly numerate, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well-organized, capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
  • Proactive, able to solve issues independently and seek assistance when necessary
