We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our Construction team at MWH Treatment, based in the Thames Water region.

This is a key role that will involve leading and directing the site team to ensure the safe management of all operational activities on our projects, meeting HSQE, programme, and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all works are carried out with due regard to the needs of the local population and the travelling public.
  • Managing, supervising, and mentoring the site team to achieve project goals.
  • Adopting and maintaining cost-conscious management practices to optimize resource use.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and updating realistic scheme programmes to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensuring method statements and risk assessments are prepared, reviewed, briefed, and updated to mitigate potential risks.
  • Providing "as constructed" records to the CDMC for inclusion in the Health and Safety File in a timely manner.
  • Attending training sessions associated with site management duties, including appointed person and temporary works training.
