Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at Kier Group.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multi-site works within the Severn Trent Area. This will involve ensuring the implementation of RAMS, ITPs, and permits on-site, in line with Company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be on-site for the successful delivery of multi-site works within the Severn Trent Area.
  • Ensure implementation of RAMS, ITPs, and permits on-site, when specified, in line with Company procedures.
  • Input and awareness of construction programme and working alongside Operations Managers.
  • Delivery of inductions, issuing of permits/forms and daily briefings (including toolbox talks) and record keeping (e.g. site diaries and quality records).
  • Procurement and planning of equipment & materials for site establishment and throughout delivery of the scheme.

Requirements:

  • Proven background in a similar role, working on major civils projects.
  • Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and costs including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting.
  • Knowledge in producing, reviewing, and implementing Safe Systems of Work for specific tasks.
  • CSCS Card.
