About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency with a strong reputation for excellence, is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team on a locum basis. As a key member of our Oncology team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals undergoing chemotherapy treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and support to individuals undergoing chemotherapy treatment
  • Work collaboratively with the Oncology team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on chemotherapy treatment and related topics
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to Oncology care
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification and active NMC registration
  • Recent experience in Oncology nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
