The Role

We're seeking a talented Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent acquisition: Sourcing and interviewing candidates to fill various roles within our clients' organizations.
  • Process management: Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement, including arranging and preparing candidates for interviews, providing feedback, and closing deals.
  • Research: Actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and utilizing various databases and social media platforms to identify top talent.
  • Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and staying up-to-date with market news to provide valuable insights to our clients.
