Talent Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Arora Group Head Office. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for the role
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and legislation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
