Optical Assistant Role at Specsavers

As an experienced Optical Assistant at Specsavers, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert optical care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and concise advice to patients on suitable products and offers, while adhering to NHS procedures and our high standards.
  • Dispense lenses, including single vision, bi-focal, and varifocal, with precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct pre-screening examinations and work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Take measurements and support patients with collections, ensuring a perfect fit, comfort, and accuracy of frames.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service at all times, contributing to a positive customer journey and a successful retail team.
