About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Freelance National Standard Accredited Cycle Instructor to join our team at TfGM. As a Freelance Cycle Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cycling training sessions to adults and young people of all abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver group and on-demand cycling training sessions, including client and session administration.
  • Attend and contribute to instructor meetings from time to time.
  • Undertake client contact role-play scenarios and answer competency-based questions.
Requirements
  • Qualified Freelance National Standard Accredited Cycle Instructor or working towards this qualification.
  • Experience of working with adults/young people of all abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
What We Offer

We offer a flexible approach to freelance working with hours to suit your needs. You will be entitled to a fixed fee of £17 per hour. Successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including DBS, and will be invited to a 1-2-1 induction session and shadowing sessions ahead of commencing delivery.
