Assistant Manager Opportunity at Wells & Co

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Wells & Co. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, maintaining excellent standards, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the site, adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Motivate and inspire your team through a genuine passion for hospitality, driving sales, and maintaining excellent standards.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, compare to usage reports, and identify opportunities for tighter control.
  • Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, and licensing.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent customer service and team work skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A result-driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and grow with us.
