Assistant Manager Opportunity at The Pheasant

Located in Bedford, The Pheasant is a traditional pub serving a selection of real ales and craft beers. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer expectations
  • Motivate and inspire the team through a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective management and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and company policies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent customer service and team management skills
  • Self-motivation and strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
