We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Park in Bedford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the site, motivating and inspiring your team, and driving sales through excellent standards and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer expectations
  • Motivate and inspire your team through a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Drive sales through effective management of the site and team
  • Maintain front of house standards and drive excellence in food, hotel, service, and drink quality
  • Adhere to all legislative requirements for people, safety, and licensing

What We Are Looking For:

  • A results-driven and ambitious individual with a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in a management or leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment
