About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic ICT Support Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Informatics service, you will play a vital role in delivering and supporting ICT solutions that make a difference to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide operational support across a range of ICT system solutions, including training and support of ICT skills, system solutions, and coordination of training activities.
  2. Respond to ICT-related issues reported via various channels, including the telephone, live chat, and informatics portal, in a polite and professional manner.
  3. Record all ICT-related issues accurately within our Service Desk's incident management tool.
  4. Provide first-line technical support, including analysis and diagnosis of hardware and software problems to initiate corrective action.
  5. Deliver a high-level customer-focused service, with evidence of Continual Professional Development.
