Supply Chain Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned Supply Chain Manager looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for developing and implementing new strategies to drive business growth? We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the order fulfilment process, including customer service and warehouse functions
- Monitor procurement activities, ensuring the most cost-effective methods, maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers
- Coordinate the production planning processes
- Support team members, coach and mentor whilst leading by example
- Oversee the transportation and distribution activities, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Implement inventory control measures and demand forecasting techniques to maintain optimum stock levels
- Identify areas of improvement in the supply chain
- Work with HR and other managers to implement company policies
- Experience using supply chain management software, such as ERP, transportation management, and inventory management systems
- Rapport building abilities
