Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the order fulfilment process, including customer service and warehouse functions
  • Monitor procurement activities, ensuring the most cost-effective methods and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers
  • Coordinate the production planning processes
  • Support team members, coach and mentor, and lead by example
  • Oversee transportation and distribution activities, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Implement inventory control measures and demand forecasting techniques to maintain optimum stock levels
  • Identify areas of improvement in the supply chain
  • Work with HR and other managers to implement company policies
  • Experience using supply chain management software, such as ERP, transportation management, and inventory management systems
