Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the order fulfilment process, including customer service and warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor procurement activities to ensure cost-effective methods and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers
  • Coordinate production planning processes and support team members through coaching and mentoring
  • Oversee transportation and distribution activities, working with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Implement inventory control measures and demand forecasting techniques to maintain optimum stock levels
  • Identify areas of improvement in the supply chain and work with HR and other managers to implement company policies
  • Experience using supply chain management software, such as ERP, transportation management, and inventory management systems
