Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Service Agent with excellent verbal communication skills and experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, adhering to processes and procedures, and contributing towards projects designed to improve the service offered by the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate client records and comply with regulatory requirements on all matters
  • Adhere to processes and procedures for all service-related matters and escalate upwards as appropriate
  • Contribute towards projects designed to improve the service offered by the business
  • Handle the administration of organisational claims process

Requirements

  • Previous phone-based Customer Service experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Competitive starting salary of £27,500 with the ability to increase to £30,000 after successful completion of probation
