Position Overview

Pertemps TM is seeking a dedicated Returns Management Coordinator to enhance our well-established distribution operations. This role is integral to our warehousing asset returns team, focusing on the effective management of utility asset returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASNs) and organize transport bookings while ensuring exceptional stock accuracy.
  • Oversee inventory management processes.
  • Collaborate with clients to facilitate stock shipments and coordinate with their supply chain teams, creating mutual benefits.
Responsibilities and Objectives
  • Evaluate daily discrepancies in the forecast plan.
  • Coordinate efforts with the Warehouse Asset Return Team Leader.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for assets within a 30-day timeframe.
  • Identify and rectify errors and discrepancies in inventory.
  • Review all incoming and outgoing shipments, implementing corrective measures for any shortages.
  • Develop and maintain reports utilizing Thinventory (WMS), MiSmart, and Excel.
  • Regularly update and review all pertinent systems.
Essential Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory control within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) setting.
  • Familiarity with contemporary demand planning and forecasting systems is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for fostering relationships across various business functions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
  • This role is data-intensive, requiring expertise in data analysis and proficiency in Excel formulas.
