We're looking for someone who can bring their skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our customers. As a Front of House Supervisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding, and advising them while remaining vigilant and aware of any potential risks to the store.

You'll work closely with the team to create a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store. You'll also assist the store management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop, by identifying and communicating risks, completing safety and security checks, reporting information, and acting as a deterrent on the shop floor.

Qualifications:

  • We'd prefer you to have previous experience working in a retail environment.
  • You'll be committed to working as part of the store team.
  • You'll be self-motivated and always ready to use your initiative.
  • You'll be a confident communicator who can build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers.
