Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the company's Business Management System
* Management and administration of the Material Review Board (MRB)
* Design and implement quality procedures
* Perform Product and Process audits
* Perform MSA and Process Capability Studies
* Gather, analyze, and interpret data to improve product and process quality
* Administration of and participation in customer complaint investigations
The Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining and promoting a Quality culture.
Key Requirements:
* HNC in an Engineering discipline (or equivalent)
* Professional exposure to a manufacturing environment
* Experience in Quality Systems Auditing (desirable - training will be provided)
* At least 2 years' experience in a Quality role
* Advanced levels of numeracy and literacy
