Job Title: Software Engineering Lead

Location: Tadworth - 3 days office based

Salary: £75-85k pa + benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to join our team at E-Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented Software Engineers and guiding them in the development of innovative solutions used across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective working processes to empower the team and drive efficient delivery
  • Develop close working relationships with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with architects and team members to design new products and features that align with our technical strategy
  • Perform the role of Scrum Master for the team, ensuring smooth Agile methodologies and tool utilization
  • Proactively remove team delivery impediments and perform sprint delivery tasks to support the team in achieving their goals
  • Lead recruitment activities, new starter onboarding, and team composition planning

While a technical background is essential, the specific technology experience is not as important as your passion for developing and mentoring team members, as well as producing high-quality solutions.
