Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to join our team at E-Resourcing Ltd - Specialist I.T. Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented Software Engineers in developing innovative solutions used across the business.

Key Responsibilities
-------------------

* Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team
* Develop close working relationships with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts
* Collaborate with architects and team members to design new products and features that align with our technical strategy
* Perform the role of Scrum Master for the team
* Proactively remove team delivery impediments
* Perform sprint delivery tasks to support the team in achieving their goals
* Lead recruitment activities, new starter onboarding, and team composition planning
