We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to join our team at E-Resourcing Ltd - Specialist I.T. Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented Software Engineers in the development of innovative solutions used across the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing effective working processes to empower the team and drive efficient delivery
  • Developing close working relationships with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Collaborating with architects and team members to design new products and features that align with our technical strategy
  • Performing the role of Scrum Master for the team
  • Identifying and removing team delivery impediments
  • Contributing to sprint delivery tasks to support the team in achieving their goals, with the ability to be hands-on technically where necessary
  • Leading recruitment activities, new starter onboarding, and team composition planning

We are looking for a candidate with a passion for developing and mentoring team members, as well as producing high-quality solutions. You will have a strong technical background and experience working collaboratively using Agile methodologies and tools.

Key Requirements:
