Job Title: Software Engineering Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead to join our team at E-Resourcing Ltd. As a Technical Leadership role, you will be responsible for coaching and inspiring a team of talented Software Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement working processes to empower the team and lead to efficient and effective delivery
  • Develop close working relationships with key business stakeholders and SMEs
  • Work with architects and team members to agree the overall design of new products and features that aligns with technical strategy
  • Perform the role of Scrum Master for the team
  • Proactively remove team delivery impediments
  • Perform sprint delivery tasks to support the team in achieving their goals, being hands-on technically where necessary
  • Lead recruitment activities, new starter onboarding and team composition planning

Requirements:

You should be a technical leader with a background in C#, .Net Development, and Azure experience is ideal. You will have a passion for developing and mentoring team members as well as producing best in class solutions.
