About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Shop Manager. As a Trainee Shop Manager, you will be responsible for developing your skills and knowledge in retail management, working closely with our experienced shop managers and area managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective store routines to maintain a safe, clean, and tidy shop environment.
  • Motivate and guide your team to achieve high levels of customer service and sales performance.
  • Lead by example, taking ownership of key costs, including payroll, shrinkage, and waste.
  • Meet and exceed standards in customer service, cash handling, health and safety, stock management, merchandising, and presentation.
  • Recruit, train, and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
