We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Farmfoods in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.

About the Role

As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail assistants and ensuring the smooth operation of the shop. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the shop floor and ensuring a high level of customer service
  • Controlling operational costs, including shrinkage and waste
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team
