About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Make-Up Artist to join our team at Lancôme, Selfridges Oxford Street. As a key member of our luxury beauty team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing personalized make-up consultations to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Excellence
    • Offer expert make-up and beauty techniques to clients.
    • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide best results for clients.
    • Generate new business opportunities through creative ideas and product launches.
    • Drive and deliver targeted events to engage with clients.
    • Participate in brand training and implement best practices.
    • Assist with on-counter coaching for new product launches and artistry techniques.
    • Meet sales targets by applying brand selling methods and product knowledge.
  • Business Acumen
    • Utilize POS software and digital systems to manage the counter.
    • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Develop positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
    • Represent the brand as a true ambassador, with a focus on exceptional service and luxury beauty.
    • Engage with clients and provide personalized solutions.
