About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Retail Artist to join our team at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. As a Retail Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert make-up advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our make-up products and services
  • Provide personalized make-up consultations and demonstrations to customers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging in-store experiences and events
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of our store to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and sales techniques
