Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our team at Wilkins Solicitors LLP. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services to our clients on a full range of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage private client matters, ensuring compliance with the Firm's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Private Client department to provide a seamless service to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, other departments, and external professionals.
  • Manage and control a caseload, workload, and risk management in relation to the role.
  • Assist in the development of the Private Client department and firm, including contributing to business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of private client law and practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
